Shipping methods
We ship throughout Ukraine using the following services:
- Nova Poshta
- Ukrposhta
- Courier delivery
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your location and usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated according to the rates of the chosen carrier and depends on the weight and size of your order.
International shipping
We also ship abroad. For international orders, shipping terms and cost are agreed individually. Please contact our support team for details.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can check the delivery status at any time.

Payment methods
We offer several payment options so you can choose the most convenient one:
- Online payment (Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay)
  Pay for your order directly on the website through a secure payment system.
- Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta)
  Pay for your order when you pick it up at a Nova Poshta branch. Please note that the carrier may charge an additional fee for this service.
- Bank transfer for businesses
  Companies can pay by bank transfer. To do this, please contact us to receive an invoice.
Refunds
If an item is returned, the refund will be issued to the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.
